General
What is an Expert Advisor?+
An Expert Advisor is an automated trading program that runs inside MetaTrader 5. It reads the market, finds setups based on a defined strategy, and places and manages trades for you. You set the parameters, attach it to a chart, and it runs on its own.
Do I need trading experience?+
Basic familiarity with MetaTrader 5 helps, but you do not need to be an experienced trader. Titan comes with a full setup guide. You should understand what you are running and what the risk settings mean, but you do not need to analyse charts yourself.
What does Titan trade?+
Velocity Titan trades XAUUSD, that is gold, on the M15 timeframe in MetaTrader 5. MT4 is not supported, and it will not run on platforms such as cTrader or TradingView.
Getting Started
What do I need to get started?+
A MetaTrader 5 account with a broker that offers gold on a low spread account, the Titan files, a funded account with £1,000 or more recommended, and a computer or VPS running MT5 with Algo Trading enabled.
How do I install it?+
Copy the EA file into your MT5 Experts folder, refresh the Navigator, open an XAUUSD M15 chart, drag the EA on, then load the settings file and click OK. Full step by step instructions come with your purchase.
Risk and Prop Firms
How much can I lose per trade?+
That is set by the Risk parameter. At 1% risk each losing trade costs roughly 1% of your balance, at 0.5% roughly half that. You can also set Risk to 0 and use a fixed lot size instead.
Can I use it on a prop firm challenge?+
Yes, as long as your prop firm allows automated trading. Titan does not use martingale, grid, scalping or high frequency trading, and it has daily and total loss limits you can set below your firm's limits. Always check your firm's terms, and remember pass rates are simulated, not guaranteed.
Transparency
How were the results generated?+
In the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester on every tick based on real ticks, using high quality tick data, and cross checked across several independent broker feeds. The period covers 2020 to 2026 on XAUUSD.
Do backtests guarantee future results?+
No. A backtest shows how a strategy performed on historical data. Markets change, spreads vary, and live execution differs from simulation. We publish the figures openly so you can make an informed decision.

Can I get a refund?+
No. Velocity Titan is digital software licensed to your MetaTrader 5 account and delivered immediately, so all sales are final once your build is issued. By buying you agree to immediate delivery and waive any cancellation right. If your build cannot be delivered or does not activate on your account, contact support and it will be fixed or replaced.
