01Who we are

Velocity Trading Systems ("we", "us", "our") is an independent developer of algorithmic trading software that runs on the MetaTrader 5 platform. We build and license a tool. We do not trade on your behalf, we do not hold or manage your money, and we have no access to your broker or trading account.

These terms cover your use of our website, our Expert Advisors ("EAs" or "the software"), and the support we provide. Any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live still apply, and nothing here removes them.

02Who can buy

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract and to trade financial instruments where you live. In most places that means at least 18.
• You are responsible for making sure that automated trading, the instruments involved, and paying by cryptocurrency are legal where you are.

03Not financial advice

We are not a financial adviser, broker, dealer or fund manager, and we are not registered or authorised as any of those. Nothing on this website, in the software, in our marketing, or in our support messages is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Any decision you make is your own. If you want advice, speak to a qualified, regulated professional.

04Risk and results

Trading gold, foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Please keep in mind:

• You can lose some or all of your capital. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
• Leverage can work against you just as easily as for you.
• Automated software can behave unexpectedly because of market conditions, connectivity, broker execution, platform errors or how it is configured.
• A strategy that did well in the past can still lose money in the future.
• Always test on a demo account before risking real money.

Any performance figures we show, including profit factor, returns, drawdown and equity curves, come from historical backtesting in a simulated environment unless we clearly say otherwise. Where we reference a forward test or tracked account, it is a demo account unless we state it is funded with real money. Backtest and demo results have real limitations, are made with the benefit of hindsight, and do not guarantee future results. Your live results will differ, and can be worse, because of spreads, commissions, slippage, execution speed, broker differences and changing markets. Any prop firm pass rates are simulated estimates, not promises, and depend on each firm's rules.

05Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software under these terms and the plan you bought.

• Each build is locked to the trading account number(s) you give us and will not run on other accounts.
• A monthly licence stays valid while your subscription is current. A lifetime licence has no recurring fee.
• Please do not share, resell, rent or publish the software, or try to reverse engineer or bypass the licence lock. That is the one thing that ends a licence without a refund. Resellers and affiliates are welcome under a separate agreement with us.
• We may release updates from time to time, but we are not obliged to add features or provide support for any fixed period unless we agree it with you.

06Payment and delivery

• Prices are shown on our website. Any other currency shown is an approximate convenience conversion, not the amount charged.
• Payment is in cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON / TRC20 network) unless we agree another method with you. Please send the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network. Transfers sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us.
• After we confirm your payment, we prepare a build locked to your account and send it to you with a setup guide, usually through our support channel. Please give us accurate account details, as delays from incorrect details are on you.

07Refunds

Because the software is a digital product locked to your account and delivered right away, sales are final once the build has been delivered, unless a refund is required by law that applies to you.

If your build genuinely will not install or run and we cannot fix it with you within a reasonable time, contact us and we will make it right in good faith. Being unhappy with trading performance is not grounds for a refund, because performance depends on the market and on things outside our control.

08Fair use

Please do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the software or its licence lock, resell or share it without our permission, or use it in a way that breaks your broker's or prop firm's rules or the law. Doing so can end your licence.

We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any broker, prop firm, MetaQuotes, Myfxbook or exchange. Their names are used only to describe compatibility or independent tracking. Your relationship with those third parties is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their execution, fees or decisions.

09Software provided as is

The software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every broker setup, or that it will produce any particular financial result.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the software. Where we are found liable and that liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product involved. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

10Privacy

We keep the data we collect to a minimum and we never sell it.

• What you give us: your contact handle (for example your Telegram username), the trading account number(s) to lock your build to, and your payment transaction details. We do not collect card details and we never ask for your broker password or login.
• Website analytics: we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites, giving us only anonymous totals such as page views.

We use your data to confirm payment, deliver and support your build, and talk to you about your purchase. We only share it where needed to run the service (for example the messaging platform we use) or where the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time.

11Changes and contact
